Here's a unique story for a destination wedding; Ben and Erin Chrisman are actually both wedding photographers themselves, and mighty talented ones at that! This stunning Mexico wedding was featured on Junebug's Favorite Weddings, and truly is a gem.
The dramatic shots of the beautiful rustic architecture and the emotional couple are as powerful and moving as they are visually stunning. The wedding was photographed by one of Erin and Ben's associate photographers, Aaron Morris of Chrisman Studios, as well as by Twin Lens Images.
The couple truly went a unique route with this one, throwing out their initial ceremony plan after deciding during rehearsal that it felt too formal. So they gave their officiant the task of surprising them. While walking down the aisle together, the couple was met with the cheers and encouragement of their friends joining in above the music.
As erin recounted, "it was just the warmest, most encouraging, most embracing feeling I could ever imagine. I was immediately relaxed by it, and it set the tone for the rest of the ceremony. It's just another example of why sometimes it's best to let everyone surprise you."
