Top 10 Classic Processional Songs

I found myself thinking about processional songs today. This is something many of us have dreamt about since childhood--walking down the aisle to just the perfect song for you and your groom.

After doing some research, I came across this list of top 10 classic processional songs:
  1. "Air," from Water Music by George Frideric Handel
  2. Canon in D, by Johann Pachelbel (Often called Pachelbel's Canon, it also happens to be my personal favorite!)
  3. "Bridal Chorus," from Lohengrin, by Richard Wagner
  4. "Bist du bei mir" (Be thou near me), by J.S. Bach
  5. "Nocturne in E Flat" Op. 9, No. 2, by Frederic Chopin
  6. "Largo,” Concerto for two violins in D minor, by J.S. Bach
  7. "Ave Verum Corpus," K. 618, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
  8. "Serenade," by F. Schubert
  9. "Wedding March," from The Marriage of Figaro, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
  10. "Love Theme," from Romeo and Juliet, by Peter Tchaikovsky
